Over my 35 year career, I’ve worked in various business consulting capacities, in both international and domestic markets.\u00a0 \u00a0I’ve had the pleasure of\u00a0 working in different industries, including: manufacturing, distribution, construction and medical education.\u00a0 \u00a0Because of my unique experiences, I’ve developed a broad range of techniques and strategies to grow and manage new and expanding businesses, which I want to share with you to propel you to the next level of success.<\/p>

I realized a long time ago, that management and staff need to be on the same page for a business to be successful, but that rarely happens naturally. Instead, businesses remain stagnant because leadership is going in one direction, and employees are going in another.\u00a0 Worse yet, staff are at odds with each other, conflicts are increasing, and communication starts failing, leaving everyone unmotivated.<\/p>

That is why I started my business, Forge Ahead Strategies.\u00a0 I was frustrated seeing unskilled and unprofessional people in leadership positions.\u00a0 More over, a lack of motivation for efficiency and a general malaise in customer service resulted in no growth, or forward thinking.<\/p>
