After you purchase one of our programs, or sessions, you will get access to a calendar after checkout. You can schedule your first session there, then before we end our 1:1 coaching, we will set the next date. It is very important to keep progress moving forward with our weekly programs. If an emergency arises, and you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please contact me by phone or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled session (make sure to include your name and session time/date). Canceling or scheduling a session within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment, may result in forfeit of the session, as our calendar is made in advance, but we will try to accommodate any changes made.
Yes, you can refer friends and family to our programs, and you will receive a 10% discount for your referrals.
In psychotherapy, the therapist is in charge and is considered the “mental health” professional tasked to fix what’s “broken” concerning feelings, past events, root problems and to help heal traumas.
While a life coach can touch on these subjects to discern a core understanding of each individual, they focus on developing strengths, actionable steps, solving problems and facilitating future goals. During the coaching process, family healing can occur if all parties align toward common objectives, for example with better communication.

Over the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of opening my home to more than 10 teens who needed extra support beyond their families. Many teens come to me for guidance, advice, and advocacy and over time, I’ve become a mentor to so many of them.
A portion of the proceeds from Building Bridges goes toward a special grant to provide housing for teens in my community who have been abandoned or left without a safe place to stay. It’s a cause that’s close to my heart, and I’m grateful for the chance to give back to those who need it most.
