Instead, businesses remain stagnant because leadership is going in one direction, and employees are going in another.  Worse yet, staff are at odds with each other, conflicts are increasing, and communication starts failing, leaving everyone unmotivated.

That is why I started my business, Forge Ahead Strategies.  I was frustrated seeing unskilled and unprofessional people in leadership positions.  More over, a lack of motivation for efficiency and a general malaise in customer service resulted in no growth, or forward thinking.
